A Bachelor of Commerce, abbreviated as B.Com, is a three year under graduate B.Com degree programme spread over six semesters imparted in regular mode at K.J. Somaiya College of Arts & Commerce (Autonomous). In the B.Com, learners are taught core subjects related to Commerce and Business Studies, Accounting, Auditing, Taxation and Business Economics. Besides, learners are given option to choose from a few elective subjects to have cross-over learning.

At K. J. Somaiya College of Arts & Commerce (Autonomous), the study of knowledge and skills are imparted by using combination of following techniques:

  • Traditional chalk and duster method to boost learner’s understanding and confidence supplemented further with home work, periodical assignments and internal tests.
  • Use of PPT, Web Referencing, Library Sourcing to enhance context based learning.
