Lokdeshwar G More is working as an Assistant Professor in the English department at K. J. Somaiya College of Arts and Commerce. He has completed his M. A. in English from SRTM University, Nanded. He has cleared both the examinations in English: The National Eligibility Test in English and State Eligibility Test in English. He has worked as a Lecturer in Communication Skills at Dr BAT University, Lonere, Raigad, from January 1, 2008, to May 20, 2009. He has worked as a Lecturer in Communication Skills at Dept. of Applied Sciences and Humanities, Saraswati College of Engineering, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai from July 15, 2009, to August 11, 2011. He has also worked as an Assistant Professor in Communication Skills at Pillai's HOC College of Engineering & Technology, Rasayani, Raigad, from August 12, 2011, to December 05, 2013. He has presented papers at National and Internation conferences across India. He has published four research papers in peer-reviewed/UGC listed journals. His areas of interest are Elizabethan & Jacobean Periods, Restoration and Augustan Periods and Afro-American Literature. He has been actively involved in various curricular and co-curricular activities of the English department.
