Nileshkumar Agarwal is working with K J Somaiya College of Arts & Commerce since 2nd December 2013 in Accountancy department. He is teaching Accountancy & Taxation in Bachelors of Commerce programme in the college.
He is a Chartered Accountant by profession & is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from USA. He has done post-graduation from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU). He is also qualified 'National Eligibility Test' (NET) conducted by UGC & 'State Eligibility Test' (SET) conducted by Maharashtra Government.
He carries with himself rich corporate experience of about 6 years in multinational banks viz. JP Morgan Chase (USA), Lehman Brothers (USA) and Nomura (Japan).
He worked in Hong Kong on Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) project for Asia region (ex Japan) of Nomura Bank. His team was awarded with 'Best Performance' by Nomura Asia CFO.
In JP Morgan Chase he was involved in implementation of 'Oracle - General Ledger System' alongside working as Legal Entity Controller. His team was awarded for best team in JP Morgan Chase.
