- Abstract
In society we only recognise two sex Male and Female. We are totally unaware about the third sex-third gender. The objective of this paper is when laws are made for the society we think mostly about women, children elderly persons, minorities etc. but we forget to make laws or policies for the third gender. Now recently the transgender are recognised as third gender.Third gender rights are totally denied as compered to the right as women. women have the right to education, property, adoption, to be a guardian, vote as so on but these rights are still denied to third gender
