This paper tries to bring out that transgenders are those vulnerable group who are still denied the education in the society. Fundamental rights guarantees ,Right to education but this right is denied to the transgender.In this paper attempt has been made to highlight the issues faced by the transgender in education sector. it also tries to bring all the possible measures ,an institute can take .
