- Abstract
The current study intends to examine the association between Gross Domestic Capital Formation (GDCF) and economic growth (GDP). The study uses a simple regression equation to test the association between selected macroeconomic variables. To test the association between macroeconomic variables, the study uses time series data for the period of 2004-05 to 2017-18. The study found that there is a positive association between Gross Domestic Capital Formations to GDP during the study period. This indicates that investment is very important for economic growth and development of the country.
