  • Abstract

Executive functioning (EF)and Personality was assessed in 50 Air traffic controllers. There was positive relationships between specific executive functioning and personality traits as measured by NEO-FFI. Executive functioning appear to enhance positive personality trait like agreeableness and reduce negative personality traits like Neuroticism in ATCOs.
