It has a challenging task with the changing economic, social, demographic and environmental scenario. Efficiency and performance of railways depend on work culture of its various departments. The study intends to highlight the behavioral attitudes of various railway employees working on different fronts. The researcher is interested in a study of work culture, its impact on employees, their job satisfaction levels, commitment to the job.
