Employee engagement swiftly capturing universality in the workplace and impact many organizations in a different ways. It is the level of enthusiasm and collaboration that employees show towards organization. Engaged employee is the asset for the organization. They are always responsible for the improvement of productivity of the organization. Many research scholars through research papers, research articles have proved that employee engagement boost organization productivity. The aim of this paper is to find engagement level among college faculty. This study scrutinizes the impact of factors i.e. experienced and gender of employees on their level of engagement. The result of this paper revealed that engagement level at the college level faculty members is highly engaged. Among the college level faculties, senior faculty members exhibit high level of engagement as compare to junior level faculty members. There is no noteworthy difference across their gender; both male and female shows same level of engagement. Keywords: Engagement, Productivity
