Our society is a complex one: at one side we are liberal in thoughts and belief while on other side most conservative or orthodox .Our thoughts and Preaching are contrast. in this paper we have tried to extend our boundaries to the isolated gender community who are ignored ,discriminated and exploited ,yes we are talking about the third Gender fundamental rights. The object of this paper is to bring out how third genders rights are violated under our Indian Constitution. The change if you want to make is by changing the perception of society towards the third gender.
