- Abstract
Many people believe that homosexuality comes by choice while some believe that homosexuality is not by choice but by nurture and nature. The constitution of India has give a right to citizen to marry of its own choice. Homosexual-are to citizens of India and have the right to marry under the constitution. The objective of the paper is to bring to light same sex marriages should be excepted and sec377 to be de-criminalised.
