This research is aimed at understanding the challenges or problem faced by transgender in health care sector. Some measures are suggested in order to improve the conditions of transgender in health care system. The constitution under right to life (Art 21) states that all citizen have the right to live healthy life. So provision and policies and schemes have been made to provide a healthy life to citizens, in it transgenders are also citizens of India.
