  • Abstract

The concept of Human right has been evolved in modern society.These rights were known as basic rights, inherent rights ,natural rights, and moral rights so on. The paper tries to bring out that there are some group of vulnerable groups whose basic right which we call it has human rights has been violated. The object of the paper was to include the sexual minority into the mainstream.
